Jagat was really friendly and helpful in guiding my wife and I in setting up our wills and looking in to LPAs. He explained everything in terms we could understand and explained all costs upfront at no time did we feel pressurised into other products or services. All meetings were arranged around us and nothing seemed to much trouble. All staff both in the Summertown office and at head office again we're friendly and extremely helpfull

Very thorough - Tina picked up an assessment that had not been covered previously by other buyers solicitors. My only negative would be the quote for services was less than I finally paid but the process took longer than originally expected which was out of their control.
