We wanted to sort out our legal affairs, update Wills etc. Peter Tyrrell agreed to a telephone meeting with us shortly before my husband died after a long illness. After he died Peter was kind, understanding and patient. He came to Wallingford twice and guided me through complications of sole and joint financials matters and applying for Probate. He kept me informed at every stage and .always responded quickly to my questions. I did not question the cost; I knew and trusted that a solicitor would carry out my husband;s Will and Wishes. I was sole Executor but my children were fully informed and included at all stages of legal matters until the Estate file was closed.

Peter was particularly kind and supportive when I had health issues during the process and tried to make things as easy as possible for me. So nice on entering the building to receive a warm welcome from the receptionist. I was a little anxious about my appointment for various reason's, but Peter Tyrrell immediately put me at ease, he gave clear explanations of the different options I could take regarding my new will and the futher legal document I wished to enter into. Peter ensured I was aware of financial implications regarding both documents, and recommeded seeking financial advice. Being recently widowed, I felt Peter had given great thought to my present and future possible requirements and scenarios I was amazed by the swift email summarising our discussion and outline of the next steps, with draft documents issued 10 days later!
