    Advice on Settlement Agreement

    I have used Thackray Williams previously, so they were a first choice for support and advice on a settlement agreement with my employer. Lydia Button was able to schedule a prompt meeting, with flexibility of in person or virtual meeting. Despite the short notice she had reviewed the documents in detail and was able to provide good counsel, not seeking to change things unnecessarily, just providing good explanations and advice and changes only where necessary. She always responded promptly to further queries, and the agreement is now settled.

    Settlement Agreement

    Lydia provided advice in regard to a settlement agreement I was offered by my employer. Ahead of our first meeting she provided guidance notes which allowed me to come to the meeting fully prepared. Lydia explained everything thoroughly, giving advice where needed and kept me update through the whole process.
