Darryll was very efficient and effective in his approach to help resolve my issues to a positive outcome.

Reasonable service
Not the fastest to reply and set up a meeting. But once arranged very happy with the service. You can’t have a secretary whose response is that I don’t know his diary. Surely that’s part of your job.
