First Class Service
A pleasure to deal with such an efficient team of Kim and Sharon who's support work for Louise meshes seamlessly to provide a first class service. Louise is very professional and tenacious when required but still demonstrates a high level of client empathy. The later clearly demonstrated in this transaction providing reassurance and relieving the anxieties that occurred.

Excellent service
