    5/5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Service in a Difficult Time

    After losing a family member, we were left in an incredibly difficult situation trying to save our family farm. Every other solicitor we spoke to made the entire legal process seem completely impossible. That all changed after one short conversation with Louise Langabeer. It felt like all our prayers had been answered. Louise was kind, deeply professional, and guided us seamlessly through a process that had previously felt insurmountable.     Exceptional Service

    I asked Louise to review an auction pack initially for a property I was looking it, she did this very quickly and in depth for me, which was enormously helpful. When I went ahead with the property, and the auction house wanted completion within 2 weeks of exchange, she and her team pulled it out of the bag superbly, despite a few hurdles along the way, and the funds not arriving from the lender until the very last minute on completion day. But she got it done, and I collected the keys as planned. So impressed with the service I received. I am now looking for my next project, and will definitely be using Louise and the team
