Extremely disappointing experience. We instructed this firm to assist with my partner’s immigration case and were given assurances that everything would be handled properly, including after the Home Office refusal. Unfortunately, we felt those assurances were not followed through, and when we asked for answers, we struggled to get clear communication or meaningful support. As we were unable to proceed with the service as expected, we requested a refund. However, we were offered only £400 back from the total amount paid, which included the application and other associated costs. This has been an extremely stressful experience, particularly during a very difficult time for my partner. We have now been advised to make a formal complaint. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm.

She treated my case as though it were her own, and at no point did I feel alone or unsupported. Whenever I contacted her, she was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. Her knowledge of asylum law and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the entire process. After such a long and difficult journey, my appeal was finally allowed, and the Home Office did not challenge the decision. I will now be granted refugee status. I am absolutely over the moon. I only wish I had found Miss Shabnam Mughal and Sabz Solicitors much earlier, as it could have saved me years of stress and uncertainty. I wholeheartedly recommend Miss Shabnam Mughal to anyone with an asylum case who is struggling and looking for a solicitor who genuinely cares and fights for her clients. She truly deserves five stars.
