I am incredibly impressed with Michelle Petersen and Laura. The whole team are fantastic. I bought and sold my properties through Frettens in Ringwood and they went above and beyond to get prompt results. Frettens don’t just do their job they exceed expectations and work through complications and go beyond their role. From the moment you ring the office through to completion they are helpful, professional and give you a personal service. Would highly recommend!! I wouldn’t use any other solicitor, Frettens are my family solicitor forever now.

If you want a prompt, professional and empathetic conveyancing service, then I cannot recommend Michelle Petersen and the rest of the team at Frettens, Ringwood highly enough. We have moved quite a few times over the years but due to our family solicitor retiring we had to choose a new legal representative. After receiving a recommendation, we phoned Frettens and Michelle undertook the sale and purchase of our recent move. Given the faultless, friendly and sympathetic service we received, I wouldn't dream of requesting the support of any other team than Frettens. We have already asked them to now update our wills.

I recently used Michelle Petersen for the sale of our family home and subsequent purchase of another property. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Michelle herself and also her colleagues Sarah Leach and Lily Benson.
Ours was a tricky transaction for several reasons, however Michelle and her team took all this in their stride and just got on with the job. What struck me the most was that Michelle used a common sense approach to situations, which in a world that appears to have lost this important skill, came as a refreshing change. The other simple but great thing she did was actually being available to speak to (in my experience a rarity with solicitors). Or if she was unavailable, Michelle would always call me back or ask one of her team to handle it. This too was very welcome given the stressful nature of selling and buying a house - sometimes all you need is just a bit of reassurance that things are happening.
I have dealt with a number of solicitors over the years and generally have been disappointed with the service I have received, so it is a pleasure to say I would absolutely not hesitate in recommending Michelle and Frettens Solicitors in Ringwood. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Purchase of flat 2 cavendish court
We set a very tight deadline for the team at Frettens with a request to have the conveyancing , exchange and completion done within 6 weeks they met our deadline in 40 days.
Throughout the process they were professional, efficient and thorough. Our interests were assured. The complexities of some of the legalities was complex but handled expertly and swiftly. Communication was always prompt, professional and clear. We felt listened to and Nathan and Michelle made us feel like we were their priority We are extremely grateful and satisfied

Amazing Service
Michelle took on the conveyancing of what should have been a straightforward sale. Unfortunately it turned into a nightmare due to our buyer not completing after exchange and then again after 'notice to complete' was served. Throughout the process (which was very long and drawn out) - MIchelle was always available and responded promptly and professionally. I suspect many other conveyancers would have given up. When we all thought the sale was dead in the water and Michelle was on holiday, Clare stepped into the brink and seamlessly pushed the sale through to completion. It was also great to have their litigation team on hand - just in case. To top it all, their fees were very competitive and I would not hesitate in recommending them

Dealt with the sale of my house which was very complicated. Michelle was very patient and explained everything in detail. The sale completed in the timescales that were set out and in fact a couple of days before. Would highly recommend Michelle Petersen.
