Very efficient and helpful

Very thorough
We had use FJG for a house purchase previously so were aware of their excellent service. Nevertheless we received quotes from a few solicitors/conveyancers and though FJG are not the cheapest, they are competitive.
All through the selling and buying process, the communication and advice was very clear, we were advised in what areas to pay particular attention. Though I never had the need to telephone directly, I never felt that Lorraine or Diana were unapproachable or that I shouldn't phone. Emails from them and their team were concise and clear, making them easy to respond to.
A third party in the process said, "your solicitors are very thorough" which, to us is a very positive observation, and it is worrying if house buyers are using solicitors that are less than thorough.
We have no hesitation in recommending FJG.

Quick but lacked human contact
Everything was completed quickly but I was unable to speak to my actual solicitor on the phone for the duration of my experience with FJG. I am a first time buyer so understandably didn’t understand anything, and I felt a bit silly when I was asking questions. I just had to review the legal documents on my phone and when I tried to call, I wasn’t able to speak to my solicitor directly any time. Lorraine was very helpful.

Fast, efficient service

used 2nd time
used FJG for second time with new build. Although due to market conditions causing our sale to drop out twice we eventually got there and FJG were there for us every step. On both occasions they have been very efficient and helpful and stuck to the agreed price. Would recommend all day long

Great solicitors !
Very good experience with FJG. We were recommended them and can see why. They were professional, very quick at responding to all queries , and very helpful.
They had great communication, updated us throughout and just felt very comfortable and at ease with them acting on our behalf.
Lorraine and her team were fantastic and we would would definitely use them again.

Top class team
From start through to completion we felt in safe hands. A thoroughly professional and efficient team handled each issue that cropped up with the minimum of fuss. We felt that they were on our side every step of the way, which made what can be a stressful process much less so.
