Helena is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning. STEP members (known as TEPs) are internationally recognised as experts in their field with proven qualification and experience. Helena is also a Dementia Friend.
Helena has a wealth of experience in all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, planning for Inheritance tax and nursing home care fees. She also deals with issues surrounding capacity, such as the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Helena deals with the administration of estates, whether straightforward or more complex and the preparation of Inheritance tax forms and Probate applications. It is really important to Helena to help Executors and family members through a difficult and sad time by taking as much of the work and worry away from them as possible.
Helena endeavours to make legal services accessible and understandable and offers home visits to enable everyone to access our services regardless of their mobility. You will receive advice to suit your circumstances, however complex they may be. The advice will be understandable and without the jargon.

Making a Will
After much procrastinating my partner and I made an appointment to see Helena at Fogwill and Jones. We have 'always been going to make a will' and last week we eventually signed along the dotted line and it is such a relief to know that things are in place now. Helena was very patient and explained everything in relation to our situation (an unmarried couple with children and step children) and the pros and cons of each option. She answered all of our questions and gave us time to consider without any pressure to commit. It was a very straight forward process and we found Helena to be approachable, professional and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to ask for her assistance in the future.

Making a will
Helena was very efficient in sorting out my will. She listened to my requirements and gave good advice in incorporating my wishes. Communication was always clear and pragmatic. It is the second time I have used Helena's expertise and on both occasions she has been both very approachable and very professional.
The company has it's own parking area so is readily accessible.

Wills..
Helena helped my husband and I complete our wills which we'd been meaning to do for a few years , avoiding it because we thought it would be too difficult. Helena explained everything avoiding jargon she was friendly, thorough and very professional, she was patient and helpful would highly recommend Helena for any will related business.

Assistance with Will Trust Fund legal documentation and deed execution
Prompt and clear outline and explanation of requirements to execute my instruction with easy to follow and logical process along with proactive legal counsel. The end to end experience was professional, with very effective communication and was responsive throughout.

Writing a will
Excellent service and help from Helena Grady at Fogwill & Jones Sheffield.
Been going to write a will for ages. With the suggestion of Charity donation will writing from Martin Lewis I booked in with Helena who gave her time for free and I make a donation to the suggested Charities.
Friendly , open, great staff . Will do any further business with Helena at Fogwill. & J.

Excellent Service
Our existing will was out of date and so we wanted a local solicitors near to us so that we could sit face to face and discuss our requirements and listen to advice. We contacted Fogwill and Jones to discuss this and were immediately offered an opportuinity to attend their office.
We met with Helena Grady who listened, advised and prepared our new will within a very short timescale. We are more than happy with the way we were dealt with by all the staff and based upon our experience would have no hesitation to recommend them. Thank you to Helena and the team.

Excellent service
We contacted Fogwill and Jones to arrange our wills. The service was excellent and they communicated clearly and promptly throughout. We were initially concerned about how long this would all take, and how complex it might be, but Fogwill and Jones made it simple and easy to complete. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended
Helena advised my parents when they needed to update their Wills. She showed great kindness, empathy and understanding to them both, in particular my Mum, who was in the early stages of dementia.
My siblings and I subsequently asked Helena to help us with a probate application and inheritance tax forms; once again her help, advice and patience were very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Helena and would have no hesitation in consulting her again.
