Helena has executed a simple codicil to my existing Will. Before I enlisted her help my Will was maintained by a corporate practice where I never met my solicitor. Discussions were carried out entirely by e-mail and witnessing was done by whoever was available in the back office. It's so much more reassuring to have my affairs handled by someone who is warm, friendly, knows my background and intentions, and is utterly professional.

Hi , I contacted Fogwill and Jones in May this year in regards to applying for probate for my brother who had sadly passed away. Being my 1st time as an executor and hearing stories of the potential complexities that may lie ahead of me filled me with 1001 questions.
