Fantastic service given by FAB. I am highly thankful to Clare who did everything right from beginning till end very professionally. Nowhere I felt the stress of buying the house.

We used Claire and Katie from FAB for our house sale and new house purchase. The full service from both was faultless from start to finish.
Both were highly communicative throughout the whole process, were incredibly diligent, thorough and rigorous in all aspects of the full process. We felt very assured throughout that both Claire and Katie had everything in hand to make the transactions going as smoothly as possible.
Both were steadfast in their approach to making sure everything was as it should be for the purchase of our new family home, and we felt throughout that they were working with our very best interests at heart with clear communication throughout.
Selling and buying a home is a stressful time, however Claire and Katie made it as pain free as possible and we would absolutely recommend anyone to use them.

Fantastic service, once again!
We have used FAB a few times now, for different things over the last 10 years. The service is fantastic. So when it came to selling our property we of course, were going to use FAB. We were introduced to Clare Nicholl. From the very first phone call she was outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Clare was available via phone and email, always ready to help. This was the first property that I have sold, so I had many questions! Nothing was too much. Clare was so supportive. Multiple house sales
Clare did a fantastic job getting our houses to all go through. Couldn't fault her, working out of hours to get the job done. It wasn't easy at times but she was fantastic a real credit to the firm

Fabulous (again!)

Pleasantly Surprised
I was not happy with FAB solicitors to start with but as soon as Clare Nichol took over my sale everything was dealt with both professionally and personally.I wasn’t expected to find out information from my estate agent,she was there every step of the way and she got the contracts exchanged seemlessly for me.Well done Clare,you made an ‘International Rescue’ for FAB Solicitors!!!
