Mark is a CLAS accredited Police Station Representative and Duty Solicitor. In his spare time Mark continues to fight for the underdog as a long serving coach at Frodsham Football Club. Mark joined the Board of Directors on 1st April 2023.

Attention when it mattered most, and trustworthy advice

I was given only a few hours' notice that two people were coming to my home to question me about an allegation of theft. I called Mosshaselhurst and was put through to a member of the Criminal Defence team, who completely changed the answers I was planning to give. Some weeks later, I have asked Mosshaselhurst to attend with me for a voluntary interview under caution. I am relieved to know that the solicitor who will be attending will be working for me, and not clandestinely for my accuser and his employer.
