It was a real challenge being one of six in a chain and all having to move on the same day. Our buyers' funds were late, and we had furniture in vans waiting to go, but could not. The traditional English move nightmare. One saving grace was our solicitor, Kesley Rati, who was a sea of calm in this trying process. She kept us updated every few minutes, was supportive and professional. She is a real gem and made this process somewhat bearable and we are verg grateful that she was on our team. A massive thank you Kesley, you are a credit to your firm and the profession. Kind Regards the Amm family.

Kingsley Bond Solicitors did an absolutely fantastic job when we hired them for purchasing a property. Kesley paid a great deal of attention to details and delivered all the required steps in a reasonable timeline. She was very efficient and proactive in her communications which meant almost no chasing or follow-ups were needed from us throughout the process. I recommend them to anyone who needs a solicitor to buy/sell properties. I wish Kesley and the team all the best.

Kesley Rati

We recently used Kingsley Bond Solicitors for the sale of our late mother’s property, and the service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Kesley Rati handled the entire process throughout and was outstanding every step of the way. She was extremely professional, proactive, and always on the ball. We never had to wait long for a response — whenever we had any questions or concerns, she would get straight back to us. Selling our late mother’s house, which had been our family home for 45 years, was naturally a very emotional process for our family. Kesley took so much of the stress away and handled everything with care, understanding, and efficiency, which made a difficult time far easier to manage. We would not hesitate to recommend Kingsley Bond Solicitors to anyone requiring legal assistance, and should we need their services again in the future, we would 100% return. Thank you again for all your help and support. Donna Mortimer

We worked with Kingsley Bond to sell our property. Our contact in the team, Kesley Rati, has been excellent throughout the process. The initial set up was easy and the documentation was clear and concise. Kesley was always quick to respond to any question and helpful with her advice, when necessary. We would recommend the business to anyone about to sell or buy a property.
