Emma is a Solicitor in the Wills and Trusts department, advising clients predominantly in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates. After obtaining an LLB law degree at Cardiff University Emma went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Plymouth University. Emma undertook her training contract with Wolferstans and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. Since qualifying Emma has been a Team Leader within the Wills team assisting with the supervision of fee earners, paralegals and support staff. Emma has significant experience advising and supporting elderly and vulnerable clients having previously specialised in mental health and mental capacity law.
