Making joint Wills at Wolferstans
From our initial meeting with Emma Banner, we felt that she was approachable, extremely knowledgable and explained complex issues in a clear, concise yet thorough way. We felt free to ask any questions which she answered comprehensively. She also pre-empted the issues that we hadn't even considered yet and gave us wise and concrete advice, always explaining the options open to us. Excellent Service
We recently used Wolferstans Solicitors to help us write our wills and to organise out Lasting Power of Attorney. Emma Banner and her team were so helpful in guiding us through the whole process in terms that we could understand. Everything was done very promptly as had been promised. Having reached the age when one thinks about setting their affairs in order, my wife and I decided to take out a LPA. We chose Wolferstons because they had acted for us when we bought our first house here in Plymouth in 1972!.As before the service was excellent and we would like say that Emma Banner was perfect.All questions answered clearly and concisely, everything explained in a way we could understand. Where there's a will there's Wolferstans
Having already made a Will I was uncertain as to the process required to make a new Will that reflected my current situations and wishes.
In my consultation with Emma of Wolferstans all my questions and concerns were quickly answered and the necessary process explained. The discussions were professional but friendly and in eay to understand terms. The draft Will was recieved in the post the following day. A further appointment was made and the completed will was also recieved in the post following days.
