Unfortunately, deaths within the family meant this sale was delayed and perhaps more complicated than it could have been. The people I've been in contact with at Gould and Swayne have been friendly and attentive (special mention to the lovely receptionist at the Street branch - sorry for not knowing your name!) and made it as smooth as it could be, I think.
It hasn't been an easy time and I'm still not sure I understand everything about the strange lease agreement my parents had signed but this certainly isn't your fault and in comparison to all the other charges involved, you have definitely been good value for money - Thank you

Excellent Service
Gould and Swayne helped with with a property sale. They were very prompt in responding to queries, quick with providing documents and the sale proceeded smoothly. The funds appeared within 2 hours of completion.
