    It was a pleasant journey throughout in what can be a very challenging and at times frustrating experience. We were very close to purchasing a property that came with risks and after having a conversation with Manaal we decided to walk away from this which was the best advice. Great sounding board.

    I was fortunate enough to have Manaal act for myself and my partner on three transactions. A purchase, a sale and a transfer of equity. Manaal and Rhiannon kept us both constantly updated throughout the process giving clear and reassuring advice whilst other parties applied unnecessary pressure. She managed the transactions effectively and always made time to speak to us when required. When it came to exchange, my buyer’s solicitor showed a lack of knowledge of the London market which Manaal navigated to ensure the transaction stayed on track. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of her or Thackray Williams to anyone.

    Smooth, swift and precise service

    Manaal and Rhiannon were very efficient in their handling of our purchase. Things were dealt with swiftly and their communication was clear and concise. Lots of people in solicitors rely on email and rarely answer their phone, which can be a frustration when a brief call can resolve an issue for a customer. Manaal always answered her phone and if it was engaged then she called back straight away. We'd have no hesitation recommending Thackray Williams and will be using them again in the future.
