Shannon was very helpful with everything we had to deal with looking after our friend, from the financial care ,to helping her setting into her care home. Keeping in touch with us on every aspect. The problems we had with her family & advice on handing everything over to the court which was very good advice. She has her wishes & played the role perfectly with great respect..
