Appalling service and extremely rude staff
As an estate agent, I have worked with this company for years but following a mass exodus of the helpful staff I can honestly say they are now the worst solicitors I've ever dealt with. Never any call backs, literally no way to actually communicate with a solicitor, tasks taking months to complete rather than weeks and quite frankly extremely rude and unprofessional responses when you do finally hear from them. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to complete on your house sale/purchase.
