James was great. My case took quite a few years to finalise, but James was always there to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Very knowledgeable, without his help I wouldn't have received the compensation I did. I would recommend him and the firm to anyone.

Excellent experience
I was very impressed with James and Katie. They gave clear advice post dog bite and in the months/ years afterwards. Always explaining processes with patience and understanding that they was speaking to someone who hadn’t gone through this process before. They left no stone unturned when calculating losses - especially as I am self employed and the period in time covered post covid highs in potential income. Highly recommend.

Excellent and professional legal service.

Dog bite to face
My experience of dealing with James is completely positive in every respect. Each stage was clearly, logically and conscientiously explained. There were no "hiddens". James approached my case in a professional, diligent and understanding manner and his knowledgeable advice was considered and accurate. He's the type you'd pick first for your team and then look around to see if there are more like him.

The very best solicitor
10 years ago I was knocked completely off my feet by an out of control dog . This resulted in a badly damaged knee , snapped ligaments , 2 surgeries and 10 months off work on crutches. The first solicitor from a now defunct company ,who took my case had no experience and completely ruined my claim . After being nagged by a friend that it was worth pursuing again with a solicitor who knew what they were doing , and being aware of the deadline for claiming was looming I was recommended to contact Slee Blackwell and after speaking to James McNally he told me I had a very good case . Thank goodness for this man . As a result of his diligence and dedication the case against the dog owner was decided in my favour and I received financial compensation . I will be forever grateful and highly recommended him

Help with Dog bite Claim
These guys are absolutely amazing it took a while but what Claim doesn't and they have b3en brilliant form start to finish both Katie and James have been amazing in responding and updating me in everything upt to the finally stages of the claim and best advice highly recommended thank you guys and I will come to you guys in the future as ya'll have showed me that you care about your clients and despite your advices take in Clailents account on what clients want so thank you.

Help after dog attack
James and his team helped me after I was attacked by a dog which left me with a significant injury which impacted my ability to work.
He is very experienced in dealing with dog bites, and at every stage he was always making sure our evidence was good quality. We settled out of court, and I am pleased to have chosen such a proficient solicitor to deal with my claim. He genuinely wants to help people who have suffered, and I thank him for his support during what has been a stressful time.

James McNally did a great job for us
My daugher suffered a bad dog bite to her face requiring surgery and counselling. We were getting nowhere with two firms of solicitors we approached, mainly because they were apprehensive about winning a case when a very wealthy family were the dog owners and were denying responsibility (despite the fact that the dog had already bitten four people). James was recommended to us and quickly understood the case, willingly took it on and diligently took it through the process to the point where my daughter was awarded some compensation. His tactics in dealing with the situation worked
