House sale
We had a very smooth experience with the sale of our property recently. My sister and I live overseas and it was not easy to co-ordinate the sale of our house remotely. Gina was helpful, direct, responsive and patient. My sister and I are grateful for her help. I would definitely recommend her and Johnson Astills. Thank you very much to Gina.

House conveyancing
I have had the best experience and service from Gina and her team at Johnson Astills. I felt in very safe hands throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent and Gina was on the ball to query, chase and follow up all issues on my behalf. I would certainly instruct Gina again and highly recommend.

Exceptional
This is the third time we’ve sold and purchased a house and Gina stands a million miles ahead of any solicitor we have used in the past. In what ended up being quite a lengthy process with many legal obstacles on the purchase side, Gina was extremely proactive, responded to questions within minutes of sending an email, provided regular updates without us asking (even if there wasn’t an update to give) and gave great advice throughout. No problem was too big or too much of an ask and we were incredibly impressed with her service. As was our estate agent who said she was one of the best they’ve ever worked with. I cannot recommend Gina and Johnson Astills enough, it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them.

First class service received -
5 stars - I could not ask for a better solicitor than Gina. The process of a house purchase was handled professionally from the start, documentation was filed on the same day as received and I would get email responses so quickly, I never had to follow up. The efficiency and very clear, straightforward communication made it all very easy for me. Since I was buying an older house, I also received proactive advice and direction which was definitely an extra mile, I am very grateful for that and for the attention to details that I might have missed in the documents otherwise. The purchase was finalised quickly, the timeline exceeded my expectations as well.
I can't recommend Gina's services enough and everything took place online. I am so lucky to have picked Johnson and Astills, I wish Gina and the company all the business they can get because all the amazing work shows and genuinely helps people when they make the biggest life decisions and need professional advice and support.
