I have used Mullis and Peake and their different departments for variety of reasons. Personal Injury / Insurance
Martyn Trenerry was appointed to assist my mother in law following the recent death of her husband of nearly 60 years. A Coroner’s report had determined that the death was primarily caused by asbestos exposure approximately 50 years prior.
Martyn and his team diligently researched the case, guided my mother in law through her first ever zoom conference call and handled the whole process with genuine empathy and professionalism.
The result was a very successful claim for which we are all extremely grateful.

In early 2017 I was upset and angry due to an “accident” my mother had suffered which resulted in her losing her mobility.
Martyn Trenerry advised me that the event was likely to be sufficient cause for complaint and investigation, with a potentially successful outcome.
Martyn undertook and guided me through the lengthy process, and after much work, achieved a successful result but, sadly, just as I lost my mother. Martyn then worked forward to guide and help me through the Probate process, which had become a battle to achieve by then due to Covid-19 staff absences.
Martyn is, without doubt, a great asset to Mullis & Peake. I wish to thank him for his dedicated and professional support throughout the two saddest events of my life. I consider myself fortunate to have called Mullis & Peake and met him.
