Judicial Review against for a child with EHCP
I cannot thank Abigail Hamer and Watkins & Gunn enough for the support they gave me and my daughter. I approached several law firms for help with a very difficult education and transport matter concerning my disabled daughter with EHCP. Unfortunately, most of firms were careless or treated us as another customer at the till. Abigail showed genuine care and concern, she took the time to actually call us, listen carefully to what had happened and ask what the outcome had been. She genuinely cared about the situation rather than simply treating it as another enquiry. Abigail then went out of her way to help us prepare properly. She was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and reassuring throughout. We were particularly impressed with her care and willingness to go the extra mile. At a very stressful time for our family, she gave us confidence that we were not facing the situation alone and someone actually cared. Thankfully, the issue was resolved, meaning that formal court proceedings were not necessary. I am extremely grateful to Abigail for the time, care and effort she put into helping us. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent facing a difficult education-law or disability-related issue. She made a real difference to our family.
