Harvey West and Heather Burgess have been outstanding in assisting us with selling a flat that needed a lease drawn up.
If we emailed we were given a reply, sounds simple....but it means you know where you are and what needs to be done etc etc. It kept us relaxed when it was not straight forward.. they could also think outside of 'the box'.
If our buyers conveyancer did not have the qualifications to convey a new lease just imagine how hard it is to write one !
