We are very pleased we used BRG&P !

Harvey West and Heather Burgess have been outstanding in assisting us with selling a flat that needed a lease drawn up.
If we emailed we were given a reply, sounds simple....but it means you know where you are and what needs to be done etc etc. It kept us relaxed when it was not straight forward.. they could also think outside of 'the box'.
If our buyers conveyancer did not have the qualifications to convey a new lease just imagine how hard it is to write one !

5 sales to get over the line!

This review is for a different branch.

After four abortive sales over an eighteen month period we finally completed the sale of a deceased estate !
Throughout our solicitor kept us fully updated despite our frustrations created by a long list of time wasters.
Having been involved in the property world all my working life my personal experience was one I had never previously experienced.
Throughout we always felt in good and professional hands. Thanks to Bronwyn and everyone else at BRGP.

A family member tried contacting them about a change in ownership to which they sent forms back generically, names spelt incorrectly, and overall just incredibly lazy and unhelpful. We have decided to go elsewhere due to their lack of giving a fluff.
