After the sudden breakdown of my marriage I contacted Higgs to guide me through the divorce process. At the time, my overriding priority was to retain the family home and a stable family environment. The settlement we 'finally' agreed on met all of my objectives and I am glad to say that I have managed to maintain the family home and I will be eternally thankful to Rhian and her colleagues for guiding me and supporting me through what was a pretty harrowing process.
