We started using MFG in 2021 only because a solicitor who we had worked with for over 15 years and who we trusted explicitly for her professionalism and ethos had moved there. What a great decision that has proven to be. MFG in all of our dealings (leases contracts and commercial purchase) have proven to be stars. This is a highly professional and ethical firm with a client focussed ethos. Their team have a wide range of knowledge covering literally everything, they communicate with their clients and are hyper responsive to requests putting many other firms we could name to shame. In the 10 months the commercial property purchase we undertook they have truly proven their worth and where other solicitors involved were quite frankly not up to the job, failed to communicate or seemingly to to do their job MFG held the whole process together and went the extra mile to ensure that it crossed the line before the buyer pulled out for a better offer. If it had not been for MFG I am sure that the deal would have been lost. The solicitors involved in the deal and who we have to thank are Phil Hutsby-Hunt who bravely stepped in when our assigned solicitor Paul Harris went off on paternity and dealt with crucial phases to get this across the line - Phil is a true stalwart and professional. And Emily Stancer, a trainee solicitor at MFG who supported both Phil and Paul and I am sure will be a star in her own right in the future.
