The firm as a whole was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to secure an appointment at this time of year, which was greatly appreciated. Joe called exactly on time and was polite, honest, and, most importantly, very thorough. I explained the background to my grievance, which I felt was quite difficult to follow as I moved between different points. However, Joe was able to quickly make sense of the information and provided a clear explanation of my situation, along with the options available to me should I wish to pursue the matter further. He then went through each section of the agreement in detail, explaining clearly what everything meant. This gave me a great deal of confidence, and I felt assured that if I were to pursue the claim, I would be in very safe and capable hands. I would most certainly recommend Joe and the firm.
