What made it even more impressive was the amount of pressure and tight deadlines involved towards completion. Despite a few last minute complications outside of their control, Emily remained incredibly responsive, proactive and reassuring throughout. Buying a house can be stressful at the best of times, but having someone who is on top of everything, communicates clearly and genuinely seems to care makes such a huge difference. Emily acted on the sale of my elderly Aunt's house in Cheltenham where I was acting under a Lasting Power Of Attorney. I do not live in the area and so Emily was dealing with the case remotely from me, but this did not cause any issue as he kept my up to date with the transaction with documents/requirements emailed to me on a timely basis so that I could respond accordingly. Emil's approach allowed the transaction to complete without any issues/delays being seen. Emily thank you for your work.

We have had the BEST first time buyers experience and it was all down to Emily Allen at HCR Law in Cheltenham. I never knew buying a house could be so stress free! We did not have to chase once throughout the entire process (which seems to be almost unheard of with house purchases/sales). Emily was constantly working on progressing our purchase as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. Emily also provided frequent updates on where things were and how they were going during each stage. This meant we were fully informed at all times. Emily was very professional but also made sure to help us feel that no question was a silly one and always responded within a few hours of our initial email. We found Emily was very easy to get ahold of if we needed to and she was really accommodating. She is friendly, helpful and polite! Emily is a credit to HCR Law and I would highly recommend both her and the firm as a whole, for anyone looking to have an easy and stress free purchasing/sale experience! Thank you again Emily!
