'Buy Back'/Sale of my mother's apartment which was destroyed by fire
I had 'third party' involvement in ensuring that my 91 year old Mother received the monies she was entitled to after the apartment she had purchased only 4 months' prior was destroyed (as was the whole buiding) by a devastating fire. The legal matters were dealt with by Jonathan Manning at Hibberts, and between us we managed with the paperwork, without Mum having to leave her present home - she is now effectively housebound, so this would have been difficult.

Made buying our first house feel so easy

Very professional and very speedy
Jonathan Manning was our solicitor for the recent purchase of our new house in Sale, Manchester. Jonathan had previously been extremely helpful when myself and my sister were considering buying a flat in Manchester and he ensured that we knew every single tiny detail there was when buying a flat so we could make an informed decision. Eventually we decided against a flat and moved towards a flat instead which was a much better decision. Jonathan and Hibberts were always very clear as of what was required from us and always kept us in the loop as to what was going on as well as all the costs etc. This was the first property myself and my sister have ever bought and Jonathan / Hibberts certainly made the process as easy as it could have been!
