'Buy Back'/Sale of my mother's apartment which was destroyed by fire
I had 'third party' involvement in ensuring that my 91 year old Mother received the monies she was entitled to after the apartment she had purchased only 4 months' prior was destroyed (as was the whole buiding) by a devastating fire. The legal matters were dealt with by Jonathan Manning at Hibberts, and between us we managed with the paperwork, without Mum having to leave her present home - she is now effectively housebound, so this would have been difficult.
