Last will and testament dispute.
We disputed the execution of my late mother in law's will, we believed it not to be the latest will.
Katy Rider from Marsden Rawsthorne took on the case and did an amazing professional job in proving our case and getting the correct will proven. She kept us well informed thought the process, she put us at ease and was very reassuring in what had potential to be traumatic experience.
Very professional, and made us feel that she genuinely cared about our case.

Will dispute
Katy was friendly, approachable and honest with the information given.
I was a little concerned that we did not seem to have an answer when the other party involved decided not to reply to our correpondence.
I can only assume that they thought we would lose the desire to continue persuing this further.
We did however end up with a positive outcome.

Help in dealing with a spurious claim
The solicitor understood the situation, having already dealt with the claimant beforehand.
