I have used Biscoes before. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or seen in person has been helpful and pleasant. In making a new will, Michael French was courteous, listened to what I wanted to achieve in my will and was able to answer any queries I had. He was punctual in getting a first draft to me and sending me a second one as I needed to add a couple of things after reading the first draft.
