Mr Williams was honestly such a breath of fresh air, he was the second solicitor that I went to see after a frankly abysmal experience with a previous solicitor at another practice who made me uneducated and silly despite having four degrees including a doctorate. He was kind, empathetic and listened. Please do not mistake this for pandering, he was honest with advice and what would and wouldn't be likely to happen within the constrains of the law. He gave realistic advice and helped me to see reason in a very emotional time. I really recommend him, response times were frighteningly quick, and he never made me feel silly for what I thought could be daft questions. I really recommend him.

My dispute was handled by Connor Williams and it got the result that I wanted. The help and advice I received was excellent and I am grateful for it. My neighbour proved to be troublesome and wrote time wasting letters but Connor's patience was exemplary.

Mr Williams was consulted after my husband and I suffered repeated accusations against us, and an unauthorised alteration in a court agreement granting us scheduled time to spend with our grandchildren, carried out by their mother. We engaged Mr Williams to write to the mother’s solicitor after discussing our options and receiving his advice. We were very pleased with his council throughout and were sorry that we were not in a position to continue with his support at this time.

He talked me through the process and helped me realise there was light at the end of the tunnel.
