Business Sale
Richard was most efficient from our initial introductory meeting through to completion. He was never shy of telling us the reality and providing a calming influence during, what at times seemed, a fairly brutal process. he always seemed to have a firm hand on the rudder.

Invaluable help
Heringtons Solicitors helped me during a long process of solving a freehold issue. They were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Incredible Service
I could not have asked for a better service or experience during what could have easily been a stressful period. Cannot recommend Richard or Heringtons enough and will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

Mr Richard Palmer Solicitor
New to the buying process I have used other well known local firms in the past and was left thinking disappointment, neglect and rudeness every step of the way is what you get when instructing a solicitor.
Mr Palmer Is more than a breath of fresh air in an already over polluted industry filled with failed promises and endless missed deadlines.
I cannot praise him enough for the ultra high quality of work i received.
On occasion it was necessary to make an unscheduled phone call to him, at no point did I feel unwelcomed to ask him any question.
He simplified legal terminology into plain English and slowly explained aspects I was struggling with.
Whilst portraying a very human, one-to -one experience with me, he was never side tracked in conversation.
He never stumbled with up-to-date detailed facts of the law, and never had to reflect and come back to me.
As his client, one is made to feel part of a team, and that brings me to his secretary and contributing members of staff that I have had the pleasure of speaking to.
At no point did they lessen the experience, in fact,they would go above and beyond in satisfying the subject in hand.
The level of professionalism I have received is outstanding and of a level that should be a bench-mark
in the industry. Other companies, large or small, should take note from Mr Palmer and the team at Herringtons, a leading firm with a incredibly strong solicitor in Mr R Palmer
