Her knowledge of both the French and English legal systems enables her to advise and assist private individuals and professionals in the UK and France where French assets need to be dealt with. She also regularly assists Notaires with drafting affidavits of foreign law and legal opinions to support the implementation of UK wills in relation to French assets under the European Succession Regulation (Brussels IV), which came into force in 2015 and has applied in the UK in certain cross-border contexts since 2015.
