I requested advice initially as to the best way to seek reimbursement of the tutoring fees I had paid in order for my child to maintain his education for the last acaedemic year. I attended SOSSEN walk in for advice and met paralegal team member from TEES Law. I was advised a PAP letter would be a suitable in the situation. After an initial free consultation with Abigail and Machela I decided to go ahead. It was a relief to have a legal professional te am to assist. They were able to pick out the relevant evidence from all the information I provided. The process was still hard work for me! I was very happy with the in depth PAP letter sent. I was expecting yet more hurdles from the LA. However I heard today that the LA accepts they were in breach of section 42 and failrd to provide suiltable alternative provision. They have agreed to reimburse for the tuition fees. They have apologised unreservedly and recognise the impact this may have had. I am very happy with the outcome and the experience I have had with Tees Law. I recommend the team to others.

I had a separation agreement from my employer for which I needed prompt legal assistance as I had a deadline of ~48 hours. I contacted several law firms who were charging substantially more than my employer was offering as compensation and they were taking a long time to get back to me.
