Aidan Walley has been representing myself and my son in regards to a claim of damages against West Midlands Police.
I had 2 claims of damages against the police and my final case has now been settled.
I cannot speak highly enough of Aidan in my opinion he goes above and beyond for his client to secure the maximum amount of compensation. In my 2 matters i received payments that exceeded my expectations for which i am forever grateful to Aidan for.
From day 1 Aidan took care of everything and never left any stone unturned to secure me the right outcome. I never once thought about my case because i knew it was in the best of hands. In my honest opinion i don't think there's anyone better in this field. A seven star service.

Don't give up.
They came on my door step.
Making me a party to there deplorable actions. When l challenged them. I became a victim, vigorously shacken back and forth until l was knocked down to the floor.
I was 60yrs old and suffering from shingles, woken at 2am by another victims screams, and shouting.
I complained, then threatened with my own arrest. For defending myself.
Hence my journey with justice. Also the cover up.
I didn't need to lie, it was all on body cam.
Just getting the body cam was the problem.

Excellent Service Highly Recommend
Approached DPP Law in relation to action against West Midlands Police and was told i and my son have 3 claims of damages.
Mr Aidan Walley is our solicitor and i have just agreed a settlement on one of the claims which i am extremely happy about in relation to the compensation amount.
I cannot speak highly enough of Aidan he is a solicitor who definitely knows what he's talking about and has been excellent towards us from day 1.
As of writing this review i and my son have 2 claims in progress and i am in no doubt that Aidan will deliver again. Highly Highly Recommend infact the BEST.

I won with their help!
I was arrested doing my job! I was angry and felt betrayed the emergency services are supposed to work together. When I stopped off duty to a Road Traffic collision and requested the police I didn't expect to end up in a cell! I found DPP Law explained what had happened and they took my case and set to redress the wrong doing! I won and the police have paid out my custody record destroyed! DPP Law and Aidan Walley kept me up to date as the claim progressed. Can't fault them at all. that chapter has now closed and I can move forward knowing I have been vindicated in my actions of that day!

False Imprisonment Suffolk Police Claim
Amazing service for a claim against 26 hrs false imprisonment from Suffolk aiden was top notch and on his advice I turned down 2 offers and accepted the settlement which he said i would get at the start in fact if I used it further he could have got me abit more and all in 3 mths wow it really has gone along way helping me to forget what a horrendous experience it was .

Aiden did the job
Aiden forced a very difficult police force to cooperate and secured radio traffic which was vital to the case and got them to up the amount of compensation.
