We just recently sold our flat in Bournemouth, we had Rawlins Davy Reeves do all the legal work for us, mainly in contact with Lucy, Brontë and Alex. I can say we were quite happy with their services, the legal matters are the complex side of selling a property, and we were confident with them to sort all these things. We had purchased the Freehold before using them and that went all very well. I also think it made a big difference in selling the property too. I had good advice from them and they were a lot of help in doing a deal to get my tenant to vacate earlier without any problem. I would recommend them if selling or buying a property and have had a good relationship with them over the last few years.

We were late finding a new home to tie in with the sale of our flat. Bronte achieved what we thought impossible by completing our purchase within 14 days from acceptance of offer and tying in with our sale. This saved us from the additional costs of storage and accommodation. A truly remarkable feat and one for which we are hugely grateful.
