Completion of flat purchase
Bronte and Joanne did an excellent job with this purchase, which experienced a lot of delays from the seller's side in creating a new leasehold agreement. The team at Rawlins Davy Reeves kept me informed, they chased the seller's solicitors numerous times, made the necessary proposed changes to the new leasehold agreement, and guided me through the last few stages to complete without any problems. Many thanks to them.

Excellent service
I would definitely recommend Bronte and Joanne to anyone moving house. The process was made so much easier thanks to their friendly and approachable yet professional manner. Both are easy to speak to and happy to answer any questions, they are extremely efficient and easy to get hold of if any queries need answering. They were very reassuring when things were worrying and very prompt at getting all aspects of conveyancing done. All round I am very satisfied with the service provided :)

Sale of Flat
We found Bronte very helpful and responded quickly to the many issues arising from the sale of our leasehold flat.
The response to email was excellent but we often found it difficult to get hold of anyone by phone.
The outcome was very good and value for money.
