Hannah is a very professional and brilliant solicitor. She handled a very difficult situation with corporate purchasers with calmness determination and great proficiency. She negotiated our behalf and would not be brow beaten by the other sides legal department taking much of the stress out of the situation. She explained her recommendations fully and led us to good decisions. Having had a property company for over 40 years we have dealt with many legal firms and individual solicitors. She certainly ranks with the best and is highly recommended. We look forward to her handling our next transaction.

We've had an exceptional experience working with Bronte for three property transactions in the past 12 months. Start to finish, the process has been handled with professionalism, efficiency, and excellent attention to detail.

Communication was always prompt and clear with regular updates at every stage. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly and we always felt in safe hands. What really stood out was her proactive approach in chasing things up without us needing to ask and ensuring deadlines were met. We felt genuinely supported throughout which hasn't been the case when using a different firm in the past.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bronte to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable conveyancer!

Nick is a total professional with the calm, knowledgable and wise advice that only comes with significant experience in an industry. He displayed considerable patience in guiding us through the purchase of our house as first time buyers and his attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. Recommended by a friend to us, I would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending him to others.

We did have issues with the firm surrounding the purchase, particularly with communications due to personal reasons and a staffing issue.

This however should not detract from my wholly positive review of Nick as a first class professional.

I would NOT recommend Rawlins Davey Solicitors, I used them for the purchase of the Freehold on a block of Flats. Alex Crabbe failed to due his due diligence and issue a LPE1 but has refused to admit that he did or offer any compensation when we were faced with a deficit on the account following completion. Very sloppy work and would avoid using him/them.
