Hannah is a very professional and brilliant solicitor. She handled a very difficult situation with corporate purchasers with calmness determination and great proficiency. She negotiated our behalf and would not be brow beaten by the other sides legal department taking much of the stress out of the situation. She explained her recommendations fully and led us to good decisions. Having had a property company for over 40 years we have dealt with many legal firms and individual solicitors. Communication was always prompt and clear with regular updates at every stage. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Sale and purchase of properties

We sold our house and downsized to a flat with the conveyancing carried out Rawlins Davy Reeves. Due to stamp duty pressures all conveyancing had to be completed by 1 April. Bronte and Alex who handled everything were professional, straightforward and easy to communicate with. They were excellent and even with more pressured circumstances they achieved all that was asked of them. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who need good solicitors.

The best solicitor we could have asked for

Our solicitor, Hannah, was incredible. She handled both our sale and purchase, and managed to make it all happen before the stamp duty change. She was efficient and excellent in her communication, keeping us updated every step of the way. When there were any issues that arose, Hannah was quick to resolve. I would NOT recommend Rawlins Davey Solicitors, I used them for the purchase of the Freehold on a block of Flats. Alex Crabbe failed to due his due diligence and issue a LPE1 but has refused to admit that he did or offer any compensation when we were faced with a deficit on the account following completion. Very sloppy work and would avoid using him/them.
