I found Maria very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble even though I got my appointment time wrong!! and wanted to make an amendment at the last minute!! Bronte and Joanne did an excellent job with this purchase, which experienced a lot of delays from the seller's side in creating a new leasehold agreement. The team at Rawlins Davy Reeves kept me informed, they chased the seller's solicitors numerous times, made the necessary proposed changes to the new leasehold agreement, and guided me through the last few stages to complete without any problems. Many thanks to them.

This was the first experience I have had with Rawlings Davey solicitors,I found that my business was held in a very relaxed manor, they gave me time to discuss my case in detail before I incurred any costs , which i found very insuring,calls i made to the office was easy, to speak to my solicitor, or I received a return call. I was able to split the total costs across two payments which helped know end.I was pleased with the completion of my carried out,I would well recommend their services,why not try them out for you self.👍
