Communicated with me efficiently
Thank you for the service I received during Autumn 2020 regarding the redundancy situation I faced. I predominantly received advice from Tom and Tim who treated me with empathy whilst presenting clear, information regarding my options which made a very negative and complex situation much more bearable.
