Remedial action on My Will and LPA
Having been, purely by chance, left without a solicitor following my previous solicitor having been closed by the SRA I looked for a new solicitor in the Durham area. I was initially impressed both by their website information and depth of experience. In later contacting them they were both very approachable and professional. An appointment with Claire and Abi to discuss my needs - the adjustment of my will, and the passing on of the LPA's I had paid my previous solicitor to prepare for me. Unfortunately on examining the documents that I passed to Claire it was established that I did not actually have a fully complete version of the Health and Welfare aspect of my LPAs. Since that, rather shocking discovery, I have been extremely grateful with the way EMG's representatives very quickly put right these wrongs and now feel confident that everything is in place to provide me with the cover I sort for peace of mind in dealing with any future problems relating to my Health in future years.

A great job
Claire French of emg did a terrific job of preparing my will for me. It was done quickly and I had a draft in my e-mail within a week. I had a couple of comments which were incorporated and the will was signed shortly thereafter. It was quick, accurate and painless. I would recommend emg to anyone.
In addition, I have to say, the receptionist at the Gosforth office makes great coffee with a seemingly endless supply pf delicious biscuits!!

Allan Fletcher and my brothers passing
The passing of my brother with the family home and all the ensuing problems you get with it, his funeral and probate, was all sorted with EMG and Claire French, even emptying the house contents was sorted out...I cant thank them enough
