Purchase of 99 MHL
This should have been a relatively straightforward purchase process but, due to a legal complication with the leasehold, it became somewhat more protracted. Jenna was very persistent with the Seller's Solicitors and as a result we obtained everything that we wanted in terms of a variation. The purchase then completed smoothly thereafter.
