We were looking for a new Solicitor and are so pleased that we were introduced to Sean Sanders.
He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and was instrumental in chasing and eventually obtaining the information required from the Managing Agents. Without this the sale may have fallen through and we would certainly have lost 2021/22 CGT allowance!
We are using Sean for another property sale and purchase and have used Thackray Williams for Wills and LPA's.
