    Cari is a cut above the rest!

    I genuinely thought Cari would be just another solicitor that makes excuses and my work just sits on a pile. Sadly I've used many like that over the years with different companies.     Would highly recommend!

    I have used Watkins on two occasions and have had excellent results both times. I recently worked with Cari Evans for the purchase of a property and cannot fault her. Her communication has been brilliant and they were very diligent in making sure all enquiries were satisfied before completion. We had a turn around of 11 weeks since an offer was accepted! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy solicitor, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Excellent communication

    As an agent, we always appreciate good communication with a solicitor. Our most recent case involving Watkins, Cari & Morgan acting, was particularly difficult due to a poor solicitor on the other side. We were therefore very grateful for the high levels of communication, with not only keeping us up to speed with the interaction with the other side, but the efficient replies, when we needed to reach out to them for information.
