Excellent Conveyancing Service

Excellent Service
Samantha McHugo handled the sale of our property, after hearing my sister's experience at another solicitors I was a little sceptical. However Sam was amazing couldn't believe that anytime I rang to speak to her I either got through straight away or she would ring back shortly after even when away from the office. So friendly, professional and efficient.

House Sale
Although the process took 6 months to complete and there was no chain, this was not the fault of Sam.
She was always proactive and very informative.

In addition another department at Higgs dealt with the probate of my late father's estate in conjunction with the house sale above. Couldn't of been happier with the level of service I received. Andy Bridge was fabulous throughout. Naturally not something that many of us go through on a frequent basis, however Andy was really helpful, and informative in his explanation and advice. It made a very difficult time, much easier. He also offered the probate service at a much more competitive rate than other solicitors had quoted too. Thank you.
Would recommend Higgs LLP to anyone that is looking for either of the above services.
