I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 specialising into Residential Property. I have been working in property law for over 10 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I pride myself in the level of service that I offer to my clients, I work very proactively ensuring that I understand from the outset my clients’ needs. I have local knowledge specific to Wiltshire and the surrounding towns and cities and this helps me to provide clear and pragmatic advice to my clients and assists in simplifying the property experience so clients do not feel overwhelmed in what can, at times, be a stressful situation. I really enjoy being a legal advisor for a wide variety of clients, whether that be first time buyers getting onto the property ladder that need additional support, families looking to re-size or property investors looking for their next project. There is nothing more rewarding than helping clients with their property journey. I am Deputy Head of the Residential Property Department and also Partner in Charge of the Cosham office.

    My son and I purchased a property in the Bath area, recently. and after being referred to Nadine Stevenson, by the estate agent, we could not have been more satisfied with her professionalism and speed of her conveyance.     Painless and efficient process

    Nadine and her team at Goughs completed the conveyancing on a residential property purchase for my wife and I. From instruction, the whole process to completion took a little over 2 months, and that included a slow down for Christmas! The team was responsive and communicative throughout and we felt things were in very safe hands. The more complicated elements of the transaction were translated for us with reassuring explanations and solutions.

    Made our house move a breeze

    Louis (and his team at Goughs) did an excellent conveyancing job for our house move. They efficiently handled everything, kept us clearly up-to-date on progress, and were really swift at answering any queries we had. We have had solicitors help with home moves in the past, but Louis/Goughs quality of work and support has been unrivalled.

    We’ve just bought and sold our home. Louis was our solicitor and I can say with some certainty that we’d have lost our dream family home if it wasn’t for him. He worked so hard for us, gave good advice, replied to emails and calls immediately - many many other solicitors don’t (our buyers and sellers solicitors certainly were not as reliable).
