I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 specialising into Residential Property. I have been working in property law for over 10 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I pride myself in the level of service that I offer to my clients, I work very proactively ensuring that I understand from the outset my clients’ needs. I have local knowledge specific to Wiltshire and the surrounding towns and cities and this helps me to provide clear and pragmatic advice to my clients and assists in simplifying the property experience so clients do not feel overwhelmed in what can, at times, be a stressful situation. I really enjoy being a legal advisor for a wide variety of clients, whether that be first time buyers getting onto the property ladder that need additional support, families looking to re-size or property investors looking for their next project. There is nothing more rewarding than helping clients with their property journey. I am Deputy Head of the Residential Property Department and also Partner in Charge of the Cosham office.

    Quick, efficient and communicative.

    I instructed Nadine Stevenson at Goughs Solicitors to act on my residential purchase transaction in 2026 and was really impressed with her, and her team. Having owned more modern properties in the past, this was my first time purchasing an older property which is also in a Conservation Area, so I felt it was important to instruct someone with expertise in this area. Nadine did not disappoint. Throughout the process I felt like I was in good hands, and she was so quick with all of her reporting, too. I could always get through to her quickly over the phone and via email, which is half the battle when you're buying and selling property. I have used different firms in the past and the service received this time around has been so much better, resulting in a stress-free experience. Thank you Nadine and Amanda!

    Amazing conveyancing work

    I was recommended to Nadine by my estate agent and was so impressed with her work.     We’ve just bought and sold our home. Louis was our solicitor and I can say with some certainty that we’d have lost our dream family home if it wasn’t for him. He worked so hard for us, gave good advice, replied to emails and calls immediately - many many other solicitors don’t (our buyers and sellers solicitors certainly were not as reliable).
