Commercial Property
In a challenging matter, communication and clarity of advice was excellent.
Neil Salter and Alison Ryde worked hard for us on a challenging acquisition where the title and leasehold position of the seller was less than ideal - multiple title defects, missing leases and the need for tax advice combined with tricky negotiations. Changes in the contractual position and increased costs were communicated clearly and in good time so that our team was aware of the position at all times. Completion was achieved only a few weeks after the anticipated date which, in the circumstances, was excellent.
