I lead the Clinical Negligence department at Higgs LLP and have over 16 years experience in dealing with complex clinical negligence claims. I have extensive experience of clinical negligence claims involving cerebral palsy, spinal injury and brain injury. I am particularly interested in cases involving a delay in diagnosing meningitis and loss of vision. I am sympathetic to the particular challenges of these injuries and will fight to obtain the best possible outcome. I am committed to engaging in rehabilitation to assist a client’s recovery from the earliest possible stage. I frequently make applications to court for large interim payments to ease the financial burden that a client may suffer following an injury and ensure that funds are available to purchase suitable housing, equipment and private therapies. I am one of a limited number of solicitors on the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel and I am an accredited supervisor for our Legal Aid Franchise.     Medical Negligence is emotional, Higgs LLP made it easier to endure

    I contacted Clare Langford on recommendation of a trusted family relation with regard to the untimely death of my wife. I found Clare and the communication from the team to be professional, timely, considerate, honest, and informative.
