    Fantastic job with a long and complicated house sale

    Cailan did a fantastic job helping me with a house sale that proved to be longer and far more complicated than any of us had anticipated.     Superstar Cailan Thomas

    Cailan Thomas is amazing. She is relatively new to Barr Ellison, but she has been our guiding hand from the starting line to the finishing post. What a lovely lady she is, kind, patient, approachable, knowledgeable, great front of house skills and always there to lend a hand. My husband and I have not bought or sold a property for over 40 years, so it was a completely unknown field for us with lots of hurdles along the way. She was always available by email or through the many telephone calls I had to make for advice, I must have driven her mad!! In particular we were very fearful of making mistakes as we were selling my in-laws house & we needed the money to pay for their care home fees, which are enormous. Cailan helped us through the process with lightening speed and everything was signed and sorted within 3 months. She is a great asset to Barr Ellison and they are very lucky that she has joined their practice. If we ever decide to move we will call on her services again, so a BIG THANK YOU to Cailan & Barr Ellison, you made a very stressful situation calm and bearable, we are very grateful.

    We recently used Barr Ellison Law for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new house, and we had an excellent experience throughout.     We used Barr-Ellison, and specifically Cailan Thomas, for our house sale in Cambridge. We are in Australia, and so good communication has been very important for us. We’ve had online, e-mail, and also one face to face meeting. We had one offer withdrawn and eventually a second offer came through. It’s been smooth, professional, personable and friendly. 👍
