Lacking communication, always hardly reply back to me in the first request. .... unless you told them that you going to report them to the SRLA for unprofessional conducted...... I would never recommend this practice, as they are totally unprofessional. I will report their negligence to the law Society soon!!

All the reviews are paid for Leave a positive review and they take a chunk of your fees. They use unqualified foreign workers to do all the heavy lifting and pay substandard wages. I know because my friend works there
Took my money and wouldn't answer calls. Law society couldnt do anything. Had to go court.

I have communicated with the practice by email regarding an urgent matter for over a week in connection with a client who was made to sign some documents under duress. Despite repeated requests the copies of the signed documents have not been provided to the client. She didn't know what she had signed as she wasn't provided any copies at the time of signing. Yet her repeated requests for copies to be provided have been ignored. Having emailed Jawad Hussain the Senior Partner, I still didn't get a reply. I would never recommend this practice, as they are totally unprofessional. I will now report their negligence to the aw Society.
