Keeley Miller trained at one of the oldest full-service law firms in Essex. Before this, she spent many years acting for Housing Association clients acquiring sites for development and resale. Moving into a specialist Commercial Property department on qualification in April 2008 Keeley has spent over a decade expanding her skills to provide legal services to a broad range of commercial clients, portfolio asset managers, charities, family-run businesses, and individuals in their personal capacity. Keeley joined FJG in 2019 as a Partner in the Commercial Property team and is now Head of Department. Keeley has a broad area of expertise including but not limited to: Sale and purchase of a business Corporate and private finance advice Acquisition of commercial premises for own use, investment, or development Legal site set up Overage provisions for development land Complex or high-value residential purchases Sale of freehold reversions to ground rent investor Advising landlords and tenants Contracts for commercial property or leases Keeley has extensive experience dealing with clients’ business and commercial property affairs. With a proactive, can-do attitude, she will always facilitate transactions as smoothly and promptly as possible.
